Melissa Gutierrez Clavijo is a Los Angeles-based Creative Executive and award-winning Film Producer with over a decade of experience across entertainment, advertising, and digital media. Over the past seven years, she has held VP and C-suite leadership roles, building and leading US and international creative production teams. Under her leadership, her teams have produced work for more than 300 brands and supported campaigns representing over $1 billion in paid social advertising spend.

Her career spans feature films, commercial production, and large-scale digital advertising, earning recognition across both film and marketing for her work as a producer and creative leader.

Melissa’s feature film Captive, starring William Kircher (The Hobbit), secured U.S. distribution and expanded into more than 30 international territories. Her work in film has earned multiple awards and nominations at international film festivals.

In 2022, she received the Outstanding Leadership Award at the Marketing 2.0 Conference in Las Vegas, where she was also a featured speaker. Her career as a producer and business leader has been featured in Forbes Colombia.
